Hello All,

I am looking for some recommendations.

I have never done a track day or driving class in a car (other than PEC LA), however I have done several track days and a few classes (single and multi day events) on motorcycles.

I am looking for some recommendations on beginner friendly track days and coaching/classes/education in So Cal.

Thanks,

Kirk

I don't have any local knowledge, but I'd say check out your local Porsche Club chapter/region. I know mine has a VERY good DE program.

I would look at both BMW CCA and PCA events on motorsportsreg.com. Both orgs have a good focus on instruction and safety, and are particularly novice friendly.

Motorsportsreg.com is your friend!

Check out Hooked on Driving, great coaches and format. As you progress into advanced run groups they have great rules and lots of clean track time.

That’s what I did here in the Princeton, NJ area, and found a great track just 90 minutes away, NJ Motorsports Park. Try that.
