Just wondering what you guys have managed to negotiate off ex-demo cars, percentage or value.

OPC Guildford (UK) have a September 2019 Gentian Blue GTS, with some trick bits on up for £62900.

Thanks in advance.

I could get very little discount on mine, but I was able to negotiate a good part ex deal and got tyre and wheel cover thrown in, they just would not move more than a few hundred pounds on the price of the car. I'm happy with the deal though, the car is practically new and represents a big saving from new list price.....

I think you can negotiate but depending on how you approach it. My retailer had a 2019 GTS with 1500 miles that dropped by almost £3000 from the time I clocked it until it sold and this was the advertised price.

Try getting other items thrown in that are of interest. £1500 off, ceramic coating and/or free next service.

Good luck!

I recently brought my boxster s from Guilford. The car was pre-registered but with only 30 miles on the clock -the overall net saving from the new 'official' list price was 22%. The actual discount I got off the advertised price was 9.5%. Trust that makes sense - good luck!
I guess the 22% off was off the MSRP (Americanspeak for the 'official' price: Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price). Congratulations and drive it like you stole it! :D

Because you did! :p

For what it's worth, have a look at the T which has all the GTS bits minus the engine. There are quite a few with very few miles at a substantial discount And quite a few manuals as well, if that's your thing. Stick to those with full LED and the extended leather interior. I've noticed that there isn't much of a premium between those that do have those so more bang for buck, if that makes sense

Good luck!

Thanks all - that's really useful info and greatly appreciated. Based on the fact this car has 6k+ miles I need to go in harder than I'd first anticipated. Nothing ventured, nothing gained and all that.
Mine was just under 75k...list new , I picked it up for£68.800. It had 150 miles on the clock and is fully loaded.... although I would pay more for that colour because it’s so stunning..

Have just fired off an offer. Thanks again guys, no part ext to consider and I'd be taking them up on finance so they'd be making money off me from that too. Fingers crossed, haven't driven a GTS yet, but from my brief experience of the base model GTS will suit me just fine.

Had unofficial chat with another dealer and they sort of confirmed Cayman 6 is coming but will be very limited numbers hence availability. Kinda makes sense when you think about it for any length of time. Won't be GT4 performance, so maybe for me the F4 is the way forwards.

< edit > dealer called within 5 minutes of email having been sent to advise offer refused, and that wiggle room is very small 'priced to sell', so we'll see what happens. I have a feeling this could be a couple of weeks of negotiating ahead of me - assuming no-one else gets in there first.

may I ask what you managed to get off the car in the end? Thank you!
