4 days into ownership of my brand new Cayman I noticed a spot on my garage floor. It feels slightly oily to the touch. It is coming from the left front end directly behind the tire and in front of the driver’s seat. Car is getting Xpel on the hood, bumper, fenders and mirrors on Tuesday, along with ceramic coating. When I get it back on Thursday I plan on calling my dealer. With it being no where near the engine I can’t imagine what it could be. Any thoughts? Nothing can be seen in this picture other than where it is coming from.

I'm guessing this is the washer solvent drip from a properly filled tank. They are known to do that. Do a Google search and see if it aligns.

so, run the car and turn the air con on for a bit and see if water starts to drip out of the bottom. If it does, there's your leak. All put a container underneath the drip. If its blue in colour its washer fluid. If its clear its probably the air con. Any other colour needs looking at!
