Is there a way to add vanity lights in the visor mirrors if your car doesn't happen to have the updated light package?... Anything OEM or aftermarket that works?

Wouldn’t think the headliner is wired for power.

The interior light is constantly powered so could be used as the power source, it’s conveniently in the same vicinity of the sun blinds
