What Features Do You Never Use?

I've always been fascinated by how long I can own a car and not use a specific feature, or touch a certain button. In some cases I've owned a car for years and literally never touched some buttons or levers (except for occasional cleaning).

What's in your car that you've never used?

I'll start. I've only owned my car for 6 months, but so far I've never used:
  • Headlight switch. It was in "Auto" when I picked up the car and haven't touched it since.
  • Windshield wiper stalk.
  • Cruise control stalk.

Park Assist - I turn off as soon as I start the car
ASS
Cylinder Deactivation - never used it and never want to. I paid for six of them for a reason

So then Sports Plus is the middle button, and not a mode selected by rotating the dial, like in the turbo models?
Nope. The button is still for "sport response" although in a non-turbo car it seems kind of useless. It will change the throttle response and PDK shift points if you aren't in Sports Plus, but you could just turn the dial to SP instead of using the button. Good to Know suggests that it uses a "special gearshift map" in Sport Response.

Never used that net pouch in the passenger footwell.
LOL, I had one in my 981 (pre-configured) and found out about it the day I traded the car in, 5 years later. I didn't bother this time, even though it is one of the very few free Porsche options.
2. SIM card function: I don't even know why it's there, I just know I can insert a SIM card into my car but why?
It's for a phone SIM card. Allows connectivity through the PCM.
3. Headlight washers, they just produce micro cracks on the headlights.
???? We're going to need some evidence for that one.

It IS a relatively common issue and has been for years. Doesn't mean it's the headlight washers.

All these are micro cracks on the INSIDE of the headlight cover. I suspect it's caused by thermal expansion & contraction after the headlight is heated up / cooled down at a fast rate by the headlight washing system only on one side during very hot/cold weathers.
So what happens with a "hot headlight" when sleet or rain occurs? As pointed out, the washer fluid will be at ambient temperatures. Rain, snow and sleet are much colder. How on earth can thermal expansion/contraction only apply to washer fluid?
