Does anyone know of a wheelchair that will fold to a sufficiently small size to fit in the front trunk, the clearly larger of the two?

A search turned up a number of potential chairs that might fold into a small enough package to fit in the front trunk but I want to know if anyone has had experience with a specific product and know 1) it fits and 2) its usable. We have an adult daughter that requires a wheelchair for all her mobility. She cannot drive but would still enjoy riding in our new Boxter - in other words she would be a passenger so using the front seat to hold the chair, as I have found some other do, is not viable. She is tall but slender (~125 Lbs) so the chair only has to be sufficiently robust to be safe and reliable.

Giving this post a bump as it seems to have gone unanswered. Anyone able to help?

I can't help too much but didn't want this to go without some sort of a response. My wife's mother is wheel chair bound and we have used a very light, but not substantial aluminum wheel chair in the past when we needed to pack it in a small SUV. I don't remember the brand (has since been replaced), but my recollection is that it would have fit in the "slot" behind and above the seats (where the tie-down rings are located). The previous wheel chair would probably not be weight rated very high - I'm not sure of your situation.
