Not a big deal but I noticed a few days ago that a rubber trim piece at the leading edge of my driver's side window is starting t tear where it rubs against the weather strip when I open and close the door. I took it by the dealer this morning, they looked at it, scheduled an appointment for replacement. Yay! They can do a few other things at that time too. The only down side is they will need the car for a few days, will have to give me a loaner. A Macan or Cayenne isn't too bad. I wonder if they'll give ma a Taycan. Yeah, right!

I had the same issue on driver door! Replaced under warranty.
Yep, dealer replaced it under warranty. They had told me it was a big job because they'd have to take most of the door apart. Yikes!

When I got home I rubbed a little silicone lubricant on the tip of the rubber seal where it brushes against the hard plastic trim of the door opening.
