Does anyone in here know if it is possible to change the ballast on the standard lights so it is possible to put in better headlights?

Its not legal to change ballast and bulb to something stronger, at least not in Swede.
And I am not sure if its possible to do it without a PIWIS

Apparently night vision is now an option on the new Cayenne. It costs about $2000 and you get a night vision display in the MFD screen.
