Hi guys,
Just missed what I was looking for this weekend, :crying:, so I'll give it a shot on here. Would like to find a Miami Blue S, '17 or '18, (would consider Carmine Red also) with manual trans. If you know of one, prefer private party, or maybe decided you want to move on, please drop me a line.
Thanks,
Roger

Good luck in your search!!

And remember that a Porsche in Carmine red is faster and handles better then the rest, i promise it is true!

Color is obviously the most important performance upgrade, why else would Porsche name a color Racing Yellow?
Based on my perception that the brighter the color the faster and better handling is the car I ordered mine in Guards Red (I haven't seen the Carmine Red in real life though).
But Miami Blue is also a very good looking and actually quite unique color, I am sure you will be pleased no matter which you choose.

I chose Sapphire - nothing else was for me.

The launch cars were in Lava Orange and Miami blue and they looked great under the Portuguese sun, but in the cloudy UK, they look flat to me. Sorry if you're in the UK and have one of these colours. I suppose SD will have a bit more sunshine than here, so it might work. Carmine Red is also a tad too dark for me. My pal has a Macan GTS in Carmine, but it's not to my taste.

Colour is very subjective, isn't it? What works for you might not for me and vice versa!

Too true. Have wanted the GT3 orange for years, and saw the Lava this weekend at the dealership and it just didn't click for me, a little flat as you say. They had a Miami Blue 911 next to and that I liked. I've had a Guards Red 993 in the past so don't really want another in that shade but while I was there saw a CS in Carmine and liked it but it was PDK, so not for me.

which is one reason i chose white - nothing is brighter! plus all the cup cars only come in white, and if there was a faster color then it would be standard on a race car...

I think your on to something there, the standard pigment for white paint is titanium dioxide, and everybody who knows fast cars knows that titanium adds lightness.
Lightness = speed and handling.
Mystery solved :D
