I also concur with @Nosmo no food or drinks in my Porsche without exception. In fact, if it where possible I would extend that ban to at least a 5' radius.

However! Hydration is always critical. As is coffee. So, since water and coffee are life-saving, I believe they should be necessary. Plus, if you can't drive at 9/10 without spilling your coffee, just improve your driving skills. >
