I never unzip straight onto the card, as the unzip process may add some hidden temp files that may mess up the MD5 checks. I unzip to a folder on my computer, then copy the files over to the freshly formatted card. Again, format the card before the file copy to make sure no hidden things remain from some prior use.

I reformatted the SD card as FAT32 on a PC and tried on my iMac as well, then copied the unzipped files from the harddrive. Still no success. I give up.

Mine needed no configuration. The glove box USB worked immediately.
When I connect my Samsung S21 to the glove-box USB nothing changes on the PCM display and there's not an AA or CP icon on the menu.

I have the FW installed via AIO update. Verified AA / CP are enabled. Also have NAV enabled for NAR region and 2024/25 maps loaded (works very spotty with the aftermarket GPS antenna from Amazon that's linked in the thread).

@LivItWell Did you try connecting your Samsung S21 phone to the USB port in the center console? That's how it is working in my car for AA.
🤦‍♂️ Sorry, never mind, I didn't scroll back far enough.

Have you tried using the USB cable that came with your phone or a different USB cable? AA can be finicky with some USB cables.
Also check in your phone's Settings app for Android Auto, specifically the "+ Connect A Car" button. See if your car is listed there as an option.

I followed the instructions in the Wiki to complete installation for MHI2_US_POG11_K5186_1_MU1476_PATCH. Everything went smoothly, however, I see no CarPlay/Nav icons. If I plug in my phone via glovebox USB, the phone is not being recognized. How do I get back to the stock firmware so that I can repatch?

Others have had that issue and the solution is usually a different iphone cable. You may have to try multiple cables until you find one that works. Official Apple cables seem to work best.
